All Decor Saison pieces are handmade to order, which means each item is crafted uniquely for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items As all our products are custom handmade, they are non-returnable by nature. This includes all décor pieces, seasonal items, and any personalized orders.

Sale items & gift cards We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
